Talk to us about your school or shop
Compliance binders for distance-education hours, listing and claim questions, or anything else on the directory. Tell us what you need and we'll come back within a business day.
How to reach us
Where our numbers come from
Every rule we check is traced to a named source — TDLR's SHEARS Operations Manual, the PSI candidate bulletin for the specific licence, or a numbered NACCAS policy. We cite the document behind each figure rather than summarising it, so you can take our findings to your accreditor and they hold up.
What happens after you write to us
If you're a school asking about distance-education compliance, we'll ask for an hours export and run it through the same checks the public binder demonstrates — the separate core and specialty ceilings, the limit on time away from campus, and the requirement that every graded assessment happens on site. You get back a dated binder, per student, with the rule and source behind every flag.
If you're a shop or salon owner, it's usually about claiming your listing, correcting your details, or booth rent and chair availability. Those we can normally sort out in a single reply.
